About Investor Assistance Centre

We offer to our investors: 1. Developing and updating regularly greenfield and brownfield investment offers and making them available; 2. Compiling and updating regional sub-supplier lists per economic sectors and databases of exporting companies; 3. Collecting basic information about state enterprises, State Treasury companies and municipal companies in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship looking for a strategic investor; 4. Collecting basic statistical figures about the voivodeship and providing them to PAIiIZ as well as investors concerned; 5. Collecting and updating regularly information about public-private projects in the voivodeship that can be pursued with a foreign investor, and making it available; 6. Assisting in collecting and transferring the necessary information; 7. Preparing and supporting commercial and investment missions to and from the voivodeship in line with financial rules each time provided for in a separate agreement; 8. Providing investors with information we have that is not reserved by law that can have an effect on the promotion of the voivodeship and the region’s investment climate, and in particular about: - Commercial or investment missions; - Economic conferences with the participation of investors and region’s authorities; - Expansion plans of foreign investors operating in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship; - Forms and effects of investment marketing carried out by the COI and voivodeship authorities; - Significant improvement of infrastructure in the region; The Świętokrzyskie Investor Assistance Centre (Centrum Obsługi Inwestora, or COI) operates within the structures of the Marshal Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Kielce under the agreement between the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Government and Polska Agencja Informacji i Inwestycji Zagranicznych (or PAIiIZ) concluded on 21 November 2007. Pursuant to the agreement, the parties undertake to cooperate to promote economically the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, which includes the support to foreign investors interested in pursuing investments in the voivodeship area or starting cooperation with companies from the area.
